I am again shocked and disappointed that my weight has not gone down. I have been staying away from highly saturated fat foods ie. starches and pasta, but it appears that having potatoes, peanuts and thousand island dressing on salads is keeping my weight on. I am at my half way point and hoping their will be some weight reduction.
