I weigh the same as last time I weighed in. :( I was hoping for some more loss, but it looks like my time to stall has come. Today I am planning on buying a jump rope after church and start using it. I was doing some research online and it said that a jump rope was the best exercise you could do. Not only is the cardio very challenging, but there is muscle toning in the upper and the lower part of the body. I will try to find the article again and post it on here. Besides the immense benefits of cardio and muscle toning, a jump rope is an inexpensive item that can go with you almost anywhere.
