I was today years old when I realised that I need to up my protein intake.. Because lack of it in the body can cause muscle loss. But now no matter how much I try I can't get the right percentage of daily proteins in my food. Any store bought protein shakes recommendations? I want to lose weight but I want to be healthy too.
57 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
