yay! So i am finding if I keep in my calories and work out at least a half hour of cardio my body is reacting very well. It could also be the way my body acts just before my period which I am thinking is going to be next week. But yes, yesterday I was so proud of myself we had a potluck at work and it was in the cubical right next to mine. and I resistered all kinds of amazing deserts and kept within my calories. Now to do the same thing today. Happy friday everyone. ooh and still need to come up with a good prize for my next goal. der.
