I can't believe it! i stepped on the scale this morning and my weight was 3kg higher than I expected! So i'm 75kg! feel like i've really let myself get into a serious problem. Today i've restarted phase 1 of south beach and i've got to stick with it no matter what! seems that without restricting carbs my weight wont budget at all. SO THIS TIME THE EFFORT IS FOR REAL!!
