Pengen sharing aja BB 54 kg dgn Fat 24,7% dan BB 55 kg dengan Fat 24%; badan lbh punya energi, lingkar pinggang dan lingkar lengan mengecil, dan nafas lbh panjang. Jadi angka timbangan itu bukan segalanya ya... lebih mikir ke arah body composition.

Yg masih kepo soal Body Fat, bisa langsung search di Google pakai keyword 'Body Fat Calculator' ya... Tinggal pilih aja mana yg lebih sreg di hati. Yg pengen fokus Fat Loss; keep in mind, kalo BMI udah mendekati ideal, loss weight itu ga selamanya baik ya... Kalo yg hilang otot, bisa merana hidup kita ke depannya 😭😭 Usahakan calorie deficit nya di angka -500 / day, dan jangan memaksa cut consumption sampe dibawah BMR. Ini bahaya bgt, nanti malah kena yo-yo yg bikin stress. Anyway, tetep semangat semua yaaaa
