Well - I was doing great until yesterday - thought I was a good girl eating grilled meats and veggies until I discovered that the sausages were 4 grams of carbs for 1/7th of a sausage - I ate a whole one. :-( Plus, unbeknownst to me, the chicken was marinated in orange juice and honey..lol.. So when I thought I was just splurging a bit with that glass of wine, I was actually sending the whole thing overboard! Back on track today, no cravings came back or anything - WHeW!!!
