Thank you very much for support! I started my journey with weight loss an little bit over week ago, it's my first ever diet in my life because I never before had a problem with my weight. I was very scared to start a diet, I was afraid I will go hungry ( cant do it! ) Well... I wasn't hungry at all, I just started to choose healthier/ lower in calories options. With the help of this app and support from people from here I am doing well. Thank you!

Yes I exercise daily, 30 minutes with YouTube and hou bike or jogging. In meantime jumping on trampoline with my child, and I'm trying to be on my legs most of the time.
