What I should not have eaten yesterday: 6 oz beer, potato chips (afternoon snack) and homemade bread with butter & peanut butter (evening snack).
58.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 4.8 kg a Week
