Gym opened back up. Switching back out of CNS to Flexible dieting.
More potassium dense fruits, seeds and nuts. Added cho back in post workout for this month and will slowly add cho back into every meal as I transition out of CNS.
Supplements are the same. Curcuminoids 1g daily MK7 100mcg daily C0q10 200mg daily ZMA + 0.75mg melatonin pre bed Sensoril 50mg OR KSM 600mg daily
