Damn scale. I have been doing keto for 10 days. I dropped 2-1/2 lbs and then have been hovering. I’m eating about 25-30g of carbs, <10 of sugar and yet I don’t seem to be losing. Is that still many carbs?
81.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nope, that is a good amount of carbs! Watch your sodium intake, that causes water retention, also, calorie intake. Make sure you’re logging correct portion sizes- you might be taking in more calories than you think. Good luck! 💜💪🏼

Thanks. I appreciated your feedback. I agree about portions. What makes this time so frustrating is I’m weighing and measuring everything. I am trying to be super careful on the calories and macronutrients. Im also drinking 70-80 oz of water.

Sometimes you just hit a plateau, I know it’s super frustrating! I have been there countless times. Sometimes I have found if you have a higher or lower calorie day, sometimes that jump starts you and you get out of that rut. Other than that, keep up the great work, it’ll pay off!💪🏼👍🏼

Probably too few calories by the look at it and too many carbs for keto. You may want to go over what you can eat on keto and avoid processed foods like soups and barley and bread stuff. Keep to real food and do not avoid fat. It will work.

I was eating about 1000-1200 calories a day and no processed food or any kind of wheat/corn/starchy food. The carbs were coming from things like zucchini, lettuce and broccoli. Yesterday, I went back to balanced and am down almost a lb. Once I plateau on the balanced diet, I plan to go back to keto. So I appreciate the comments.

I get it. I think it will work and you will find .your path Just a bit of patience. We are in stressful times and the body is not really being normal either .

I had followed a diet faithfully for 3wks. I kept weighing myself and noticing I was not losing much weight at all. A friend of mine told me stay off the scale and continue to eat correctly on my diet and exercise like I was. I was losing inches and went down two pant sizes. I was building muscle. I did notice the difference in my body and slimming down. That could be what’s happening to you. It does take time but continue your diet. In time you’ll see a feel a difference.
