Well, I tried Atkins, a.k.a. The Puma Diet, once before and realized it wasn't for me. And yet here I am ready to give it another go.
I am WAY beyond my discomfort level with my body, forget the comfort level. I need some serious results right away. I've been struggling on and off with Weight Watchers all last year. It's a good plan, don't get me wrong. I've just been giving in to bad habits and struggling with motivation. I'm hoping a radical change of approach will give me the kickstart I need.
Tomorrow, it begins.
