Day 20 of my fast and I've run into an obstacle I can't ignore. My GERD disease started with mild heartburn 2 nights ago. I hoped it was a one off. But I woke up at 1230am with a much stronger case of it. So I'm done. It's not something to play with, fight through or ignore. So today at noon, my chosen time of day to eat for a keto one meal a day lifestyle, I will start my refeed process. I will continue to log my keto lifestyle and results here. I am bracing myself for an initial short term gain of water weight. Hopefully its minimal!
