Sticking to my plan .I have hit my plateau for a couple of weeks now.I workout most every day.I guess I m building some muscle back.I have been doing more of a calorie watch plan because in the last two weeks or so, I HAVE SPENT ALOT OF TIME GETTING MY PARENTS STRAIGHT AT THER HOUSE AND THEY DON'T EAT HEALTHY SO IT GETS HARD TO BE AROUND THE RIGHT FOODS BUT I'm committed to this even so.
