Getting out walking in the sun. Really enjoyed my online yoga class last night. It really helps me feel quite mellow. Fasted yesterday- it was a struggle as my mind kept saying we need comfort food. Glad I did though- it can be a reset button for me and I needed that after Easter holiday dinners.
