you need to do calorie count.. stop snacking between meals, eat clean, stay no to processed foods also knns chicken and stuff. eat clean and healthy. eat only when you feel hungry. you'll see results in a month

always measure your weight empthy stomach after you get free from toilet. that woukd be the only accurate weight of your body
