EASIEST DIET 4 ME's Journal, 18 Apr 13

2 Days ago I was 3 lbs lighter 1 day ago I was 4 lbs lighter and today I 4 LBS HEAVIER THAN YESTERDAY.Now I'M doing as well with my eating habits as always.Heres my testament of what I'M doing different .I'M working out now. I've been doing over a mile on treAdmill everyday except 2 for last week .doing some machines at planet fitness to.IT kinda ticks me off abit but I think its throwing my body off abit and I'M IN THIS FOR THE LONG HAUL.I look better than I DID A WEEK AGO. So by the end of my final goal of 190 lbs I will be able to help someone who is in the boat I'm in right now. I always hate when someone skinny thinks they know what you have to do and eat to become skinny. REALISTICALLY it is simple in theory of what you have to do but its the mental part that's the hard part. PATIENCE AND PERSISTANCE.
133.1 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 46.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 12.4 kg a Week

it did this at my first plateau.I see differences in the mirror for the better this week.I may stay off scales for a week after the next weigh in .and thank you for advice
