Completed Week1Day1 of C25K. Proud of myself.
It is hard to make a chubby girl jog in front of others, so that in itself is an achievement. Go me!
99.8 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Yay!! The C25K program is awesome! I was struggling on Week 1 Day 1 and now I'm on Week 6 Day 1 and keeping up great! Hope to see you at week 6 soon too! :)
