Happy happy happy and that is me today - my last weigh in was 8days ago and I have lost another 3lbs . I am now so motivated to losing weight and I am feeling so much better about myself and slowly getting my energy back . Hope you are all good as well xx
72.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi miss_solo I think I am doing good is because I have not eaten any chocolate cake or crisps since I started to try and lose weight and they were my absolute passion food . One other thing I do is not pile my plate with food so I just eat moderately and my stomach has shrunk now so I get full very quickly . When I used to see cakes and choc etc before I just saw the wow factor now all I see is calories and the delight of these foods fade very quickly. I also used to eat a lot of cheeses because I am not much of a meat eater so I have substituted that for eggs . I do not know if you do but try not to eat convenience foods also - hope that helps a bit and good luck xx
