I've a feeling I'm up this week, not weighed yet, or cheated but feel I'm on a slow down. Good luck for next week

Ive found that having a decent breakfast helps me feel full until lunch, and I'm switching out chips/potatoes for vegetables, my downfall is definitely snacks and comfort eating, hopefully see some positive change soon! Thank you, good luck with your weigh in.
