Yippee!!!!! another 2lb weight loss - cannot believe it and still not missing my once beloved chocolate crisps and cake . Still a long way to go yet though x
73.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
