Went to bed at 1am. Was awake until after 6am before falling asleep. Was up about every 1/2 hr or so going to the bathroom. Didn't get up until 11.30am (so tired) & had my 1/2 glass of orange juice & meds. Noon 2 sl wwheat toast with marg & 2 scrambled eggs with a little butter & milk. 10 seedless red grapes. 5pm Supper was the same as Monday night with Turkey pie, 1c steamed baby carrots & 1c steamed brussel sprouts. Went to the hospital pool for Arthritis class. 1/2hr stretching. Parked 3 blocks away & walked. Was cool & raining when I came out. Went to visit my two youngest grand-daughters, aged 3 & 1. 8pm My 3yr old had made muffins with her Mom, so I had to have one. Banana choc chip with a little becel. 9.30pm 1c sliced Strawberries with stevia
