O que eu gosto nesse aplicativo é que vc vai se percebendo melhor.. entendendo o que funciona melhor pra vc. Estou controlando as calorias, pensado a comida, fazendo AF para saber como meu corpo reage a tudo.. a cada variação. Muito legal!!
