Thanks. This has happened after being better to myself. Or should I say kinder! I had a whole bag of giant corn from ASDA bbq flavoured at about 600 cals this week and a salt and vinegar flavoured chick pea snack thing at about 650 cals. ALSO I bought some salted caramel rice cakes from M&S and ate them ALL on Saturday! I’ve also had chips with cheese on Friday night. So I’ve been maxing our on about 2000 cals all weekend. Feeling quite bad....until I realised I used to eat 3000+ cals a day AND drink a bottle of wine Friday and Saturday evenings and perhaps for Sunday too.
I’ve changed and I’m keeping going.

Good going, my snack down fall is wasabi chick peas. I like giving them to my dog and watching him run around the house before emptying his water dish then begging for more.
