alhamdulillah. ngatur pola makan udah jalan sekitar 1,5 bulan. tapi belum bisa rutin olahraga karena ngurusin TA. berdasarkan timbangan GEA medical punyaku body fat 35%, ga banyak berubah dari kemarin2
