Ahh frustration. I was up last week due to TOM, I guess technically I may still be dealing with the effects of that but I thought monday being back to what I was last wed was a sign that was over. Apparently not, even though I have been under my calorie goal (including exercise calories but none-the-less, under) I am still up. *sigh*.
