Stil not feeling well and will be very busy for the next 3 months with my studies and at work. The original plan was to take a break from FS until I am done with classes. But obviously it is not working. If I am not counting, I am gaining weight. Hate it. I cannot do it till the rest of my life. I know the portion sizes, I do not change my eating habbits. Still as soon as i stop counting, I start gaining. Two possible causes - I do overeat without even noticing it, or I stop counting during very stressful times and eather move less, or still eat more to gain more energy. Add hormones to the mixture and every time I am under a lot of stress for whatever reason, I gain at least 5 lb before I can recover and start losing again. If I wait till July to restart, I will be well over 180 lb again. Will try to be as good as possible under the circamstances.
