@meonadiet thank you so much!❤ honestly I've recently discovered intermittent fasting and it's been a game changer. It's so much easier for me to control the cravings when the only restriction I have is time. Another big step was having healthy snacks at home instead of chips, store-bought sweets, etc and starting to do some light exercise and walking more (I literally used to take a bus instead of walking 10 extra minutes!). But I have to mention I'm only ~5'2"(157cm), so I started at overweight BMI.
