pokoknya udh 2 malem back on track, balik pelan2 lossing some weight gak apa yang penting sehat dan target sebelum Ramadhan udah kelar😁 lusa akan digoda dinas selama 3 hari di Semarang, mudah2an tetep konsisten dan berhasil ngerem dari lumpia 😂
58.5 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
