@CelticPhoenix I don't really have a good answer. I've been a water weight yo-yo my whole adult life so I've just gotten used to it. Lots of bathing suit seasons and dresses to fit into or special occasions over time has motivated me cut back back. You're absolutely correct, the fluctuations are normal. However, in my case, real weight has crept up on me over the years (hidden behind the water weight) and at this point is enough is enough. I am still searching for that "diet" which fits me perfectly. LOL
