Just doing cardio right now. Two 2 miles walks each day. One first thing in the morning & 1 in the PM. Still nursing strained muscle in my upper back.
Easter dinner was over the top.
93.8 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
