I'm back. I'm still maintaining in the low 230's and I'm ok with that but I'm so close to my goal its driving me crazy. I'm wondering if I'm simply destined to be at this weight and I should simply accept it. what can I possibly do to push past this plateau and hit my goal aside from staving myself and I k ow that's not going to work for the long run. feeling frustrated.
105.7 kg Lost so far: 34.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
