still sticking with doing phase one every so often....keeps me on my goal weight and keeps my eating on track too :) i totally suggest it for anyone who has reached their goal weight!!!
59.0 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
