I need to do something more to boost my metabolism. I am walking well over the 10,000 steps daily. It is discouraging. I guess it didn't come on over night...it won't leave that way either.
70.0 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

i've heard that along with exercise, eating more often, (six small meals daily) beginning very early in the morning, will increase your metabolism. my younger sister said it worked for her. i don't know how long 10,000 steps takes to accomplish, but myself, i just try to walk at least 20-45 minutes daily. good luck in your program!
