I don't know if it's true, but I read somewhere binge eating can be triggered by a lack of something vital in your diet that your body is telling you it needs. Maybe assess your current intake? Make sure it's addressing what your body needs and not just checking off calories?

I'm no expert but if your going to binge eat, then find out why for starters. Lastly, maybe binge on healthier and things on lower calories.
Also try adding some exercises such as jogging /gym - wont hurt even if it's like once or twice a week :)

Yes, honestly, after the first couple of days only eating within a set 8 hours a day, on 16:8 low carb diet I stopped feeling like I needed to binge. It really works - it's the carbs that make you want to eat even more carbs. Look at Dr Mosley's low carb diets.
