When I first started to get serious w/SB I had ignored my doctor for probable about a yr. After realizing that my BP wasn't going to get better w/the extra weight nor was my over well being going to improve I started SB w/good results. I lost approx. 80 lbs. and the most difficult time was Phase 1. It all just seemed to work and before long I was seeing more weight coming off. To shorten my story I really like SB and it is a way of eating and not a diet for me.
