Went to the dr.s and according to her scale I now weigh 118!! I am soooooooooooooooo happy!

53.5 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg. Still to go: 1.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 2.4 kg a Week
