ack. had been waiting for TOM to show up and it is here with a vengence. How do you go to the gym like this? I really need to go today it is my one night this week I don't have to be somewhere after work.So I really should go but all I want to do right now is go home and lay with a heating pad strategically placed and finally watche the True Blood season finale. ack I say (again i know) blah.

I used to curl up in a ball and want to die during TOM. However; I find that I feel a ton better if I push myself to do just cardio for 30 mins.

yeah my sister likes to run for cramps, but mine is so ridiculously heavy I fear leakage. But if it will help the cramps I will try.

Ahh so it actually helped! an hour or so after I got back from the gym and cramps have subsided :) Plus I think the pain from the TOM actually helped my endurance increase. So all in all good experience
