Finally, the bloating and water is leaving. I've been watching the sodium intake and that has helped tremendously. Happy Friday all! I'm going tonight to join Planet Fitness to get some muscle going. I'm sure I'll be asking some pretty stupid questions about weights, machines and all that jazz. The only machine I'm really comfortable with is the treadmill. Time to get out of that comfort zone.

planet fitness is awesome for me too! I do the treadmill 30 mins, and elipitical 30 mins and do arm excercises 5xs a week, weekends I stay busy walk the pup and keep my steps around 5000.
