Not only did I follow my diet perfectly, including water and exercise, I've also started doing things like Knee ups and Side kicks whenever I get up from my bed (I work midnights for a call center,.. in my bedroom people are sleeping).

I'd say I've increased my daily movement by 20% in the last two days. I'm always moving. I'm trying to stay aware of my posture/holding in my core. I'm very sore in that area, so I hope it's working.

This is hard.
Fat is so easy.

I've also tried to think more about how much easier life will be in general when I'm not always worried about some part of my fat body being in the way. I won't feel mortified when people are talking about how fat someone is.. and even better, I won't be wondering if anyone else is thinking that I'm offended.

I can't wait to wear my normal clothes again.
