Well, here I am again. At least I have only gained one pound since the last time I have been here. I have been exercising 3-5 times a week, which is good for me since I am a former couch potatoe. I am a little disappointed that I haven't lost much weight but I do feel more toned. I haven't been watching my diet though and that is probably why I haven't lost much.
59.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

3-5 times a week is great---especially if you say you were a counch potato. I was doing well early last year (working out 5-6 times a week/twice a day)...and then got burnt out. I took a one week break....and it ended up being a year off instead. lol Now I'm back on and trying to lose the weight I gained back. I'd LOVE to be a 110lbs again....but right now, my goal is 124. If I can reach that again, I'll change it to 118. Since we're both Asian and still trying to lose that "baby" *ehem* weight...lol...maybe we can help push and motivate each other. :) Good luck!
