Had another awesome weigh in this morning. I am so glad I ended up not giving in to my craving of potato chips yesterday because it sure paid off! I finally feel like I am doing good again! There was a while there where I was doing everything right and it didn't really have an effect on the scale. I have off of work today so I am 100% without a doubt getting a workout in! My meal planners menu for today is a little heavy so I will definitely need it! Diet day 19 here I come!
p.s. If I loose .4 more pounds I will have officially lost 10 pounds since I restarted my diet on March 1st!
