①早餐: 奶昔,两个鸡蛋

③午餐: 1个鸡腿,一个鸭腿,鱼肉,青菜

⑤晚餐:150毫升酵素,米馒头,青菜,鸡肉,排骨,猪耳朵,爆米花,橘子三个
62.4 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 62.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week
