Today is the Monday before the new year and a perfect time to get on plan and stop making excuses. By the end of March 2020 I will be back to my pre pregnancy weight of 10 stone 3. I am so proud of what my body did carrying my boy but it’s time to stop hiding behind baggy clothes now and start being accountable for my eating again.
