I didn't lose any this week, but I didn't gain either.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

It still seems you are making progress, and a week of maintaining is still better than a week of gaining. Just try to not let it discourage you like I usually do!

I'm like, what.....I have to starve to lose weight? But, I'm sure this is a fluke. I need to watch what I eat better, the next week. This week I went over my calories, by 100-200, so that probably had something to do with it. You're right, though, it's discouraging
