Hardgainer Gaining weight++ Height- 6Ft Already gained 5 kg... Was 68,3 weeks ago,i ate a lot still had no weight gain... Then i started gym 3 months ago ON JUNE 12,2019 ... 1st month passed by in just learning the compound movements and i stepped up with less knowledge gaining just 1.1 kg that month.. from 68kg to 69 kg..
2nd months- i was able to perform all movement by myself and gained 1.1kg again..
3rd month - very hard and stressful month maybe.. but all in all my fault i gave less emphasis on my goal. No gains in that month at all.
4th month - changed gym and managed to push my weight to 72.2kg now.. Without water m around 71.6kg means when i am dehydrated a bit.. I have now started agin with strong mentality to gain muscle and put on mass.. Taking 1 scoop protein -23g of ON Whey gold,no other supplements.. Will continue adding mass to body and muscles slowly to get lean and good muscle mass..
