Hmmm, skipping dinner and just doing Men's vitamins/protein shake - gotta whack up my calorie count to lose some weight I guess.
104.3 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 5.7 kg a Week
