Just spent two days doing detox but have not lost.. It is Easter Sunday SO NO DETOX TODAY! Hope you all have a good weekend!

58.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg. Still to go: 4.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.5 kg a Week
