Lingkar perut 91cm


Makan pagi: WRP LOSE WEIGHT 1 sachet

Makan siang:
Nasi + kentang daging cincang saos tiram

Snack : 3 buah roti isi
(gagal diet deh😅 mama dan anak2 aku bikin roti isi , dan fresh from oven masih anget enak bgt)

Makan malem: WRP LOSE WEIGHT 1 sachet
(Minum WRP segera setelah makan roti selesai. Ga lama kaya obat pencahar, langsung ke wc)
55.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
