This weekends was horrible for me! This makes me feel like when the holidays come i wont be able to control myself. i was off 3 days and all 3 days i ate bad and i did not ex excersise! o my goodness i gaind 2 pounds out of the 6 pounds i worked so hard to lose in the last 3 weeks!
69.4 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

don't beat yourself up... I had a hard time this weekend too. I just figure I'll start working it off this week. If I can lose 6 and only gain 1 or 2 back then I'm still headed in the right direction :) Everyone needs to enjoy themselves every now and then.
